Grishelda Hogan, LICSW, ACSW, BCCP
Grishelda has 15 years of clinical social work experience working with adults, children, families and leading groups. Griselda's areas of specialization include trauma, Veterans, relationship issues, personal fulfillment, depression, anxiety sexuality and gender identity/transition. She also has extensive experience working with personality disorders, identity issues, stress management, bereavement, self-esteem, career issues, personal growth, self-understanding and gerontology. Grishelda is trained in several modalities that are recognized in the field as the gold standard in treatment including : Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy(DBT) , Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Whole Health Coaching, Multi-Family Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She also holds an academic appointment at Bridgewater State University. She is certified in Reiki one & two. She also presents at mental health and social work conferences both locally and nationally. She has continued her education by taking classes at Lesley University in Expressive Therapies and incorporates this into her strength based approach with clients. Emily Marsick, PhD, LMHC
Emily is a holistically oriented brings over 15 years of clinical experience from a wide variety of clinical settings. She specializes in providing therapy to adults and adolescents including women's issues, divorce and break-ups, fertility and post-partum depression, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, coping with mental and physical illness in a family member, and weight/eating issues. Emily is an Adjunct Professor at Lesley University having taught Clinical Skills and Supervision, Ethics, Counseling Theories, and Poetry Therapy. Emily is in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays and accepts the following insurances: BCBS, UBH, Tufts. Aetna, Cigna, Fallon/Beacon, and EAPs
Alisa Bernat, MA, LMHC
Alisa has over 16 years as a school guidance counselor working with children and teens in Southborough, MA. She has extensive knowledge of schools and what young people need to thrive in this environment. Alisa believes that positive parent-child relationships are key components of family happiness, and works closely with families to improve understanding and communication skills. Alisa builds connection through creative fun activities including art, movement, music and drama. She helps youth grow socially and emotionally in individual or group sessions. She helps parents learn better ways to both support and advocate for their children as well as care for themselves. Alisa is a member of both the American Mental Health Counseling Association and Massachusetts Mental Health Counseling Association. Alisa accepts self-pay and is working on insurance panels. Alisa currently accepts BCBS PPO.
Joanne Taub, MSW, LICSW
Joanne has been providing psychotherapy for over 20 years to couples, families and teens. She utilizes a variety of approaches including relational , cognitive-behavioral, and stress reduction to assist clients with change in their lives.
