Tarah Doyle, PsyD, Licensed Education Psychologist
Tarah has worked in a variety of settings including schools (as a school psychologist). She specializes in educational consultation, in navigating the special education process, IEPs, and 504 Plan processes. She is skillful in coaching parents on how to best help their children and teens who might have academic struggles. In addition, Tarah specializes in eating disorders and has worked for many years with teens who struggle with this complicated "disorder". Tarah has a holistic approach to mental health looking at the person "as a whole being".
Tarah does not currently accept any health insurances, but accepts a sliding fee pay scale.
Alisa Bernat, MA, LMHC
Alisa has over 16 years as a school guidance counselor working with children and teens in Southborough, MA. She has extensive knowledge of schools and what young people need to thrive in this environment. Alisa believes that positive parent-child relationships are key components of family happiness, and works closely with families to improve understanding and communication skills. Alisa builds connection through creative fun activities including art, movement, music and drama. She helps youth grow socially and emotionally in individual or group sessions. She helps parents learn better ways to both support and advocate for their children as well as care for themselves. Alisa is a member of both the American Mental Health Counseling Association and Massachusetts Mental Health Counseling Association. Alisa currently accepts BCBS PPO and Tufts.
Joanne Taub, MSW, LICSW
Joanne has been providing psychotherapy for over 25 years to couples, families and teens. She utilizes a variety of approaches including relational , cognitive-behavioral, and stress reduction to assist clients with change in their lives.
Joanne accepts: BCBS, Medicare, UBH/UHC and Aetna insurances.
