  FALL/Winter Schedule

FOR YOUNG ADULTS:

"College Transitions"

Are you graduating HS and preparing to leave for college in the fall? This group will help!

This group will provide the social and emotional tools needed to help you experience a less anxious beginning to college. Most college freshman are anxious, unprepared, overwhelmed, have never had so much free time and never shared a room with an absolute stranger.
Each week, we will provide specific "tools" to help you cope with changes, eating alone in a cafeteria, free time, and how to cope with your anxiety.

This group is free thanks to generous finding from Milford Regional Medical Center and the Center for Adolescent Health.

Offered again, next summer 2011!
Facilitated by Sherri Snyder-Roche, MA LMHC
